Who it is for

What we handle
Decision analysis, administrative review strategy, judicial review prospects, and strengthened evidence for reapplication.
Outcome we target
Fair reconsideration or lawful challenge so your work or business plans can proceed.
Remedies we pursue
We target the fastest and most effective route to get your case back on track.
Work & Business Visa Administrative Review
If your UK work or business visa application is refused, your leave to enter or remain for work or business is cancelled at the border, or you are dissatisfied with the granted period of stay or work conditions, we assess feasibility and, where appropriate, pursue administrative review to challenge the Home Office decision and seek a fair, just resolution.
Work & Business Immigration Judicial Review
Where other remedies are exhausted and you need to challenge the lawfulness of a work or business immigration decision or action by the Home Office, we advise on the merits of immigration judicial review and represent you through proceedings so your case is handled diligently toward a fair outcome.
Where the Home Office is about to do something that cannot easily be undone, such as removing you from the UK, detaining you or bringing a sponsor licence revocation into effect, we can make an urgent application asking the court to consider your claim within days and to make a temporary order in the meantime. From 19 October 2026, the Administrative Court will decide whether a case is urgent on Form N463 alone, so the form has to make the whole case for urgency.
