Hong Kong BN(O) Status Holder Visa
For Hong Kong BN(O) citizens ordinarily resident in Hong Kong or the UK to live, work, and study with a path to settlement. Dependants under 18 and, in exceptional cases, adult dependent relatives can join regardless of nationality.
Hong Kong BN(O) Household Member Visa
For adult children (18+) of a BN(O) Status Holder or their partner, born on/after 1 July 1997, to live, work, and study in the UK. Can apply independently since 30 Nov 2022; partners, children under 18, and adult dependent relatives may apply with them.
