Proposed Civil Partner Visa
For engaged partners planning a UK civil partnership with British or Irish citizens, settled individuals, Turkish Businessperson/Worker holders, or those with refugee/humanitarian protection. We ensure you can register within 6 months and position you for further leave toward settlement in 5 years.
Child of a Partner or Parent Visa
For children where a parent holds or is being granted a Partner or Parent Visa under Appendix FM. If the parent has other leave, the child can apply under family life or as a dependent of a points-based migrant. British children or those with ILR do not need a visa.
Other Child Visa
